Recently while deploying Lync 2013 for client I came across this little issue.
I copied DHCPUtil.exe and DHCPConfigScript.bat files as usual to DHCP Server and try to run DHCPUtil.exe but got following error
To solve this issue, go to "C:\Windows\System32" on your Lync server and copy msvcp110.dll and msvcr110.dll and paste it in System32 folder of DHCP Server.
